Zuliet Collection Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • Products not eligible for return or exchange include sale or discounted items, as well as those purchased with a coupon or gift voucher.

Exchanges:

  • Customers can exchange unworn and undamaged shoes within 5 days of delivery.
  • All tags, labels, and the original packaging must be intact. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges are permitted only once per order.
  • Customized products cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges are accepted for size issues, color discrepancies, or defects.

Important Notes:

  • Zuliet Collection is not responsible for lost packages during return shipment.
  • Color variations due to screen resolution or lighting are not considered grounds for return or exchange.
  • Exchanges/returns will not be accepted for washed or worn footwear.
